Stereolithography

The stereolithography machine allows to produce monolithic pieces up to 2000 x 1000 x 1000 mm with the great advantage of avoiding assembling and gluing of several pieces for the production of large parts. There are three usable liquid resins. New White stereolithography, developed specifically by Skorpion Engineering, is the most robust for large prototypes.

DMLS Laser fusion system for metal powders 

The safe technology machine to working with aluminum alloys and titanium alloys.

Fortus 450mc

Attraverso il processo di estrusione, la macchina Fortus 450mc consente di realizzare parti grandi fino a 406 x 355 x 406 mm (16 x 14 x 16 pollici). Il sistema consente di realizzare parti in nove diverse termoplastiche tecniche e ad alte prestazioni.

Fortus 900mc (2 machines)

Fortus 900mc 3D production system is able to realize functional prototypes, production components, masks, clamps and production tools with high requirements using up to twelve thermoplastics to meet a wide range of material performance requirements. Create durable, accurate and repeatable parts with dimensions of 914 x 610 x 914 mm (36 x 24 x 36 inches).

Objet EDEN 250

Based on Objet's advanced material-jet technology, Objet Eden250 provides a complete solution for the accurate construction of any geometry quickly, cleanly and economically. The prototypes produced on the Eden250 are resistant, with refined details and an exceptional surface finish. Construct models that measure up to 255 × 252 x 200 mm (10 x 9.9 x 7.9 inches).

Objet350 CONNEX 

Objet350 CONNEX printer allows to create, in a single print, models in plastic materials and tires of different hardness already co-molded, without the need for equipment. It guarantees a good surface finish and an excellent level of precision, with a production pitch of 15 microns. It allows you to build models that measure up to 350 × 350 x 300 mm (13 x 13 x 11 inches).

CMS ARES 4818

CMS ARES 4818 is a 5-axis interpolated working machine characterized by large workable volumes. Productivity is combined with high processing quality, complete closure guaranteed by the cab, for high-speed and safe processing of high-quality three-dimensional pieces and particularly complex shapes. It has a working area of up to 6000 x 2000mm.

EcoMill 70

This high performance working machine reaches up to 12,000 rpm and is equipped with an integrated rotary table that allows to work on 5 sides with just one clamping, thus increasing the precision of the machined parts. Equipped with a 12 or 20 bar internal coolant supply system for greater tool reliability and productivity.
It allows you to create parts up to 750 x 600 x 520 mm.

Vacuum Casting machine

Renishaw's 5/04 empty casting system has a melting capacity of up to 5.5 liters and allows the construction of prototypes and functional parts, quickly, easily and economically.

The maximum dimensions that can be reached for a monolithic piece are 2000 x 1000 x 1000 mm.

Formech 300XQ

Formech 300XQ is one of the most compact and performing machines for vacuum thermoforming in the range. It is equipped with four heating zones and quartz heaters that guarantee immediate heat and a wide range of control even in the thermoforming of complex models and materials.
It has a thermoforming area of 230 x 280 mm and a maximum mold depth of 130 mm.
